Sensors

The evaporator sensor is a temperature sensor. It has different roles:

• Detecting the evaporator temperature
• Preventing the freezing of the evaporator by stopping cold generation

 
Location:

• Option1: The sensor is located in the air stream where the air leaves the evaporator
• Option 2: The sensor is attached to the evaporator’s fins and located in the coldest area
