Two purposes of TM -series
Refrigeration:
- to preserve the commodities (mainly food) during the transport in a van,truck or trailer
- to cool down the temperature inside of a transport compartment - to chill: usual temperatures between 0 °C / +8 °C or frozen: usual temperature between -18 °C / -25 °C
- Location: TM Compressor is placed in the refrigeration compartment unit
A/C system building:
- to use in an AC system building of the vehicles which initially were not equipped with AC, example in the buses and coaches
- to cool down the vehicle cabin for a better comfort and security of the driver and passengers
- Location: TM Compressor is placed in the engine compartment

TM compressor - a customizable product
There is no specific vehicules applications for TM Compressors. The type of needed TM compressor is chosen based on the combination of technical specifications. Valeo Service proposes already many of the most popular combinations and can create the specific product upon the customer requests.
Note: the reference of the body is related to the body number only not to the complete TM product.
In a case of building the specific compressor the exact requirements shall be advised.
The gas type: R404A or R134A as well as the voltage 12V or 24V are the mandatory elements to precise.
